No, the Thriving Through Menopause Summit is not a live event. All sessions are pre-recorded and released at the same time each day. You’ll have free access to the videos for 24 hours after they’re made available. 

Each day of the Summit features up to 10 sessions, with each session lasting between 30-60 minutes. All the sessions air at the same time, and you’ll receive a link at 9 AM ET each day. 

You’ll have 24 hours to watch the sessions at your own pace, so there’s no need to worry about missing specific speakers.

All of the sessions are pre-recorded and released at the same time each day. During the 24 hour viewing window, you can watch any of the speakers from that day at your own pace.
