VIDEO TESTIMONIAL GUIDELINES

In your video, try to highlight the summit sessions you found most valuable and how they have benefited you, your understanding of ADHD, and your overall well-being.

Before recording the video, take note of the following points:

  • LENGTH: The video should be at least 1 minute long, and you can record up to 3 minutes in length.
  • LIGHTING: Ensure you have good lighting on your face to avoid bright areas and dark shadows.
  • FORMAT: Film yourself in a vertical format.
  • SOUND: Please choose a quiet location and times when you won’t be bothered.
  • ENVIRONMENT: Choose a neutral and simple background and free of distractions.
  • TONE: Relax and speak honestly and openly about your experience with the summit.
  • MISTAKES: Don’t stress over any “mistakes” in the recording process.
  • EYE CONTACT: Please try to look at the camera while speaking, even if you take short breaks.
  • ENERGY: Have fun while recording! Speak in a light and cheerful tone, avoiding anything too dark or very serious.
